Wade Beavers


Wade, a Georgia native, began his real estate career in Atlanta with the international law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell, after which he served as CEO and General Counsel of Northstar Land & Development, a southeastern real estate development and construction firm based in the Southeast.  In 2009, Wade founded Capital Law & Advisory Partners, a national law and consulting firm which advises clients on real estate transactions and related business matters.  He has extensive experience in contracts, real estate finance, due diligence and entitlements, and negotiations.

Wade received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech (B.S. magna cum laude) and his MBA (finance) and law degrees (cum laude) from the University of Georgia.  He is past or present chairman or director of several non-profit organizations, including the Counsel for Quality Growth, Conscience International, Inc., Lakeview Academy, and Dubois Assisted Living, Inc.  He remains a leader in civic and faith-based organizations in the Wind River valley and serves as a member of the Town of Dubois Planning Commission.

Ree and Wade live in the mountains above Dubois, Wyoming, where they pursue  their passions for hunting, fishing, hiking and snowmobiling. They have three children: Morgan (WRPG Director of Communications and a graduate of the University of Georgia), Anna (a sophomore at the University of Mississippi) and Wade, Jr. (a senior at Dubois High School).
